A standalone Desktop plugin that exposes the host's five `cron.manage` actions through a plain-language Routines page: name a routine, pick a schedule, write the prompt, pause or resume it. It targets non-developers, who otherwise have to learn crontab syntax and field ordering to express "weekdays at 07:45". Pinned to `aa055f5` (tag `v0.1.0`, release 0.1.0). No tools, hooks, middleware, or env vars are registered, so the capabilities block is empty. `platforms: [linux]` matches the README's verified platform. No `requires_hermes` floor: the plugin declares none and no minimum has been established. Verified at the pinned commit: 226/226 tests, `npm run check` green, generated artifact in sync, and `hermes plugins validate` reports `security scan — safe` with no capability creep.

description: A minimal Routines page in Hermes Desktop that turns crontab's five cron.manage actions into a plain-language interface for non-developers - name a routine, pick a schedule, write the prompt, and pause or resume it. No cron syntax, no service, no database; routine data stays in the host.
