Some tools spend FOUND credits (FOUND states they quote the price first and spend only on a confirming second call), and FOUND states campaigns created from Hermes start paused; the package marks the server untrusted, so Hermes asks before every tool the server does not mark read-only and refuses them in unattended runs."
