test(e2e): native-runtime homes answer the shared-metrics offer like write_hermes_home

Main's 22fcbee492 gave the shared e2e home an offer_version answer so interactive suites
never stop on the consent prompt; the branch-only make_home (native runtimes) lacked it, so
the codex app-server TUI test typed into the consent menu instead of the composer.
