When checking version and desired version is not set, we follow
redirected URL of github latest release to get the latest tag instead of
trying to get the tag value from html content.

Github recently changed the output of the releases page.
grepping for the exact <a> tag fixes the issue where the wrong tag was being filtered.

This commit aims to add '/usr/bin/env bash' as a shebang line
to indicates scripts use bash shell for interpreting.

architecture point at the correctly named "arm" binary on the
release page.

To begin working with Helm, run the 'helm init' command:
$ helm init
This will install Tiller to your running Kubernetes cluster.
It will also set up any necessary local configuration.
Common actions from this point include:
- helm search: search for charts
- helm fetch: download a chart to your local directory to view
- helm install: upload the chart to Kubernetes
- helm list: list releases of charts
Environment:
$HELM_HOME set an alternative location for Helm files. By default, these are stored in ~/.helm
$HELM_HOST set an alternative Tiller host. The format is host:port
$HELM_NO_PLUGINS disable plugins. Set HELM_NO_PLUGINS=1 to disable plugins.
$TILLER_NAMESPACE set an alternative Tiller namespace (default "kube-system")
$KUBECONFIG set an alternative Kubernetes configuration file (default "~/.kube/config")

Use "helm [command] --help" for more information about a command. one
Instead of presuming that bash is installed at /bin/bash, use `$PATH`. Official [bash docker container](https://hub.docker.com/_/bash/) installs bash at `/usr/local/bin` and recommends the use of `env`
Currently the bash script that installs Helm is hard-coded to use
openssl sha command but some distros like Debian 9 only have sha1.
Since the popular current distros have sha1 we can switch to that.

If the execution user is already the root user, this avoids requireing
sudo to be installed within the environment. Which might helo in CI
environments.

Updated the 'helm completion' command to take in the shell
as a parameter. Currently acceptable options are 'bash' and
'zsh'. Also fixed the completions to work with zsh in a manner
similar to what kubectl does.
Also updated the docs to reflect this change.
