Tianon Gravi e01c004cc6 Remove dependency on github.com/opencontainers/runtime-tools 
The direct use was two lines in `internal/cri/nri/nri_api_linux.go` -- constructing a `generate.Generator{Config: spec}` solely to satisfy the `nrigen.UnderlyingGenerator` interface defined in `containerd/nri`. Since that interface already exists, we just need an implementation. Add `spec_generator.go` in the same package, implementing `UnderlyingGenerator` directly on `*rspec.Spec` with no external dependencies beyond `runtime-spec`.

Sebastiaan van Stijn 35f753cc44 pkg/archive: remove redundant github.com/moby/sys/sequential dependency 
Go 1.26 adds support for passing Windows file flags via os.OpenFile,
eliminating the need to call windows.CreateFile directly.

github.com/moby/sys/sequential v0.7.0 uses this functionality when
compiled with go1.26, but provides fallbacks for older Go versions.

Given that containerd has go1.26 as a minimum requirement, we can
remove github.com/moby/sys/sequential as an intermediate, and implement
the code locally.

Sebastiaan van Stijn 9776047243 migrate to github.com/moby/sys/userns 
Commit 8437c567d8 migrated the use of the
userns package to the github.com/moby/sys/user module.

After further discussion with maintainers, it was decided to move the
userns package to a separate module, as it has no direct relation with
"user" operations (other than having "user" in its name).

This patch migrates our code to use the new module.

Sebastiaan van Stijn 8437c567d8 pkg/userns: deprecate and migrate to github.com/moby/sys/user/userns 
The userns package in libcontainer was integrated into the moby/sys/user
module at commit [3778ae603c706494fd1e2c2faf83b406e38d687d][1].

This patch deprecates the containerd fork of that package, and adds it as
an alias for the moby/sys/user/userns package.

Sebastiaan van Stijn 4b1bb1293e remove github.com/opencontainers/runc dependency 
This migrates uses of github.com/opencontainers/runc/libcontainer/user
to the new github.com/moby/sys/user module, which was extracted from
runc at commit [opencontainers/runc@a3a0ec48c4].

This is the initial release of the module, which is a straight copy, but
some changes may be made in the next release (such as fixing camel-casing
in some fields and functions (Uid -> UID).

Sebastiaan van Stijn 93342d637c replace sys Sequential funcs with moby/sys/sequential 
These functions were originally copied from the docker / moby repository in
4a7a8efc2d. Migrating these functions to use the
github.com/moby/sys/sequential module allows them being shared between moby,
docker/cli, and containerd, and to allow using them without importing all of sys
which also depends on hcsshim and more.

Hajime Tazaki b8f3ebb03b vendor: update moby/sys for darwin support 
The mount package of darwin requires to retrive mountinfo to check if
the target of unmount if still mounted or not.  Thus pull the upstreamed
version of moby/sys to support this operation.

Kazuyoshi Kato 1d3d08026d Support SIGRTMIN+n signals 
systemd uses SIGRTMIN+n signals, but containerd didn't support the signals
since Go's sys/unix doesn't support them.

This change introduces SIGRTMIN+n handling by utilizing moby/sys/signal.

Fixes #5402.

Sebastiaan van Stijn fb464b94d3 mount: replace mountinfo handling with moby/sys/mountinfo 
Trying to reduce duplicated effort in maintaining a mountinfo
parser, this patch replaces the local implementation with the
implementation in github.com/moby/sys, which is actively maintained
and contains various optimizations.
