Switch the CRI integration layer from containerd's forked Kubernetes helpers
and clients to the upstream Kubernetes modules, and finalize the dependency
update to Kubernetes v0.36.0.
Replace the remaining internal helper copies with upstream packages:
- internal/cri/clock -> k8s.io/utils/clock
- internal/cri/executil -> upstream CRI exec helpers
- internal/cri/resourcequantity -> k8s.io/apimachinery/pkg/api/resource
- internal/cri/setutils -> k8s.io/apimachinery/pkg/util/sets
- internal/cri/types/labels.go -> internal/cri/labels
- integration/cri-api/pkg/apis/services.go -> k8s.io/cri-api/pkg/apis/services.go
Adopt the upstream CRI clients directly:
- add k8s.io/cri-client v0.36.0, k8s.io/cri-streaming v0.36.0, and
k8s.io/streaming v0.36.0 as direct dependencies
- promote k8s.io/utils to a direct dependency and pull in
k8s.io/component-base v0.36.0 indirectly
- keep integration/remote as a thin containerd adapter around cri-client,
because the integration tests still need the stream-shaped
GetContainerEvents RPC
Finalize the Kubernetes dependency update from v0.36.0-rc.0 to v0.36.0,
refresh vendor/, and drop the obsolete internal utility copies.
Also fix the protobuf MessageState mutex-copy vet failures exposed by the new
APIs and close the temporary integration CRI clients explicitly.

Error strings should not be capitalized (unless beginning with proper
nouns or acronyms) or end with punctuation, per Go style guide and
staticcheck ST1005.
This change lowercases the first letter of error messages in fmt.Errorf
calls throughout the codebase, while preserving uppercase for acronyms
at the start of error strings (e.g., NRI, RDT, CDI, UID, GID, VHD, FUSE).
Also fixes typo 'faild' -> 'failed' in resolver_test.go.
Changes:
- core/metadata: target.Digest, target.Size, target.MediaType
- core/remotes/docker: fetcher.Seek, fetcherByDigest
- integration: various test error messages
- internal/cri/server: containerConfig
- plugins/snapshots: erofs

Copying of message structs is not allowed and results in the following
govet error. This commit fixes these errors by avoiding copying of the
messages.
> google.golang.org/protobuf/runtime/protoimpl.MessageState contains sync.Mutex (govet)

* container_update_resources.go: it is Windows and Linux that need special handling
* local*.go: all platforms use the same list of tasks
* temp_unix.go/temp_unsupported.go: Darwin is a Unix
* util_unix.go/util_unsupported.go: use generic unix tag
The only user-visible effect of these changes is that tempMountLocation is now properly handled on Darwin

Fun times: In grpc 1.63 grpc.Dial and a few of the options we use (WithBlock) are
deprecated in favor of the no-IO variant NewClient. The uses in the integration tests
should be easy to swap however as they don't use WithBlock anyways, so that's what this
change aims to do. This also removes some context.WithTimeout's as I don't see anywhere
the context is actually used in Dial if you don't also specify WithBlock (and it's
especially not used now with NewClient as it doesn't even take in a context).

Previouslty "Size" was reserved by protoc-gen-gogoctrd and user-generated
"Size" was automatically renamed to "Size_" to avoid conflicts.

This will allow running Windows Containers to have their resource
limits updated through containerd. The CPU resource limits support
has been added for Windows Server 20H2 and newer, on older versions

The io/ioutil package has been deprecated as of Go 1.16, see
https://golang.org/doc/go1.16#ioutil. This commit replaces the existing
io/ioutil functions with their new definitions in io and os packages.

Having this log should not be critical, and removing it allows
using this package without pulling in the explicit dependency
on k8s.io/klog.
