Add a --dmverity flag to `ctr images build-erofs-cache`. When set, each cached
erofs blob is dm-verity formatted (the hash tree is appended in place) and a
.dmverity sidecar is written alongside it. This is required when the erofs
snapshotter runs with dmverity_mode=on, which rejects cache hits that lack a
sidecar; without it such layers would have to be formatted out-of-band.
Extract the differ's dm-verity formatting into a shared dmverity.FormatLayer so
the differ and the cache builder share one implementation; the differ's
formatDmverityLayer now delegates to it.

Add `ctr images build-erofs-cache <image> <cache_dir>`, which reads an
already-pulled image's layers from the content store, converts each into a
directly-mountable erofs blob, and writes them under
<cache_dir>/<algorithm>/<hex>.erofs keyed by the layer's diffID. This
populates the directory the erofs snapshotter's layer_content_cache reads
on pull; because the key is the source diffID, layers shared across images
converge on one blob. No converted image is produced.
Extract the per-layer uncompress + mkfs.erofs step out of LayerConvertFunc
into an exported ConvertLayerToErofs so the image converter and the cache
builder share a single conversion path.

On export, if the image is by-digest without any tag,
set the org.opencontainers.image.ref.name as the full name.
This prevents setting this field with a leading non-alphanum,
which is incorrect OCI grammar. Fixes#10681.

Allows management of referrer objects when performing
pull, archive export and archive import.
Referrer objects are linked to their subjects via GC
labels. The label is based on sha256 checksum of the
object instead of incremental numbers as referrers are
not immutable and don't have any strict order.
In OCI-layout referrers that are not already in the exported
tree are added to the main index.json with
io.containerd.manifest.subject annotation.
On import such descriptors with that annotation
do not create digest-based images in the image store.
Note that this does not mean all the referrer objects in
the registry are now pulled/exported/imported by default.
The caller of the client pkg functions can choose which
referrer objects should also be handled.

We've long been able to use these and they have a couple
great benefits:
1. Forces you to always access them atomically. With the pointer
variants it's completely valid to access the regular ol' int64/uint32
etc. without using the atomic.* methods. These wrappers don't provide
access to the underlying value so it forces correct usage always.
2. Conveys intent much better. Seeing the type be atomic.Int32 immediately
lets the reader know that this var will be used in a concurrent context,
and we no longer need comments like "this MUST be accessed atomically"
or similar.

Schema 1 (`application/vnd.docker.distribution.manifest.v1+prettyjws`) has been
officially deprecated since containerd v1.7 (PR 6884), and disabled since v2.0 (PR 9765).
Users who have been seeing warnings like `conversion from schema 1 images is deprecated`
now have to rebuild the image with Schema 2 or OCI.
Schema 2 was introduced in Docker 1.10 (Feb 2016), so most users should have been already
using Schema 2 or OCI.

Before this patch, calling `image.Children` on an image built with
BuildKit would produce unnecessary `encountered unknown type
application/vnd.in-toto+json; children may not be fetched` debug logs,
because the media type is neither a known layer or config type.
Make the `image.Children` aware of the attestation layers and don't
attempt to traverse them.

There's a couple spots where we know exactly how large
the destination buffer should be, so pre-size these to
avoid any reallocs to a higher capacity.

This TODO was added in 9e6db71954, at which time
the reference package was part of the docker/distribution (registry) repository.
The reference package has moved to a standalone module, which has been in use
since 4923470902, so this should no longer be a
concern.
