CrazyMax b1cbd8b0da db: support cancellable bbolt compaction ...

Gate transactions while copying live records and replacing the database, with separate drain and copy deadlines. Preserve database options and report successful replacement even when a subsequent operation fails.

Cover transaction draining, concurrent access, cancellation, replacement failures, and containerd metadata compatibility.
