Tonis Tiigi 987036dadf staticfs: clean walk target before matching ...

Walk only stripped slashes from the target, so equivalent paths such as
"./foo", "foo//bar" or "../foo" did not match any entries. Normalize the
target with path.Join against the root so every form of the same path
selects the same subtree and ".." cannot step above the root.
