CrazyMax 8943387a6d flightcontrol: fix the progress cleanup race. ...

Transfer ownership of the remaining progress writers under the lock when
the shared call completes. This prevents cancellation from mutating the
slice during cleanup or closing the same writer concurrently, avoiding a
nil-pointer panic that terminates the daemon.
