Romain Beauxis 7adcef146d libavformat/tests/seek_utils: print the rescaled intervals
Print each interval before and after ff_rescale_interval() and compare
them against a reference, so that a change in the rounding shows there.

The reference records the current output, where the rescaled target can
fall outside the rescaled range: 11 after an end of 10, and 3 before a
start of 4.
