Niklas Haas 53369160a6 swscale/ops: nuke op->type across the board ...

In favor of using the derived types from the output pads, or the tagged
types where applicable (e.g. for clear ops).

A few assertions just fall out as a result of no longer having metadata
that could possibly diverge. One unused function was just deleted instead
of adapting it.
