02edc0f612 avformat/dashdec: fix integer truncation in calc_max_seg_no()
When computing the segment count for a SegmentTimeline entry with
repeat="-1" (indefinite repeat, typical for live streams), the
expression:

  length_of_each_segment = pls->timelines[i]->duration /
                           pls->fragment_timescale;
  num = c->period_duration / length_of_each_segment;

performs two successive integer divisions. The first division
truncates toward zero; if the segment duration in timescale ticks
is smaller than the timescale (duration < fragment_timescale),
length_of_each_segment becomes 0, and the second division triggers
a division by zero.

Fix this by using av_rescale(), which computes

  period_duration * fragment_timescale / duration

with 64-bit intermediate precision, avoiding both the truncation
and the zero-division risk. If duration is 0 (invalid manifest),
explicitly fall back to first_seq_no instead of crashing.

7e1cec8e0a avformat/dashdec: fix unsigned integer overflow in segment number calculation
fix issue: issues/23238
Several time-related fields in DASHContext were declared as uint64_t,
causing the arithmetic in calc_cur_seg_no(), calc_min_seg_no(), and
calc_max_seg_no() to be performed with unsigned semantics.

The expression:
  (get_current_time_in_sec() - availability_start_time) * fragment_timescale
is uint64_t throughout. When presentationTimeOffset is large (e.g. an
absolute epoch-based timestamp common in DVB-DASH live streams), the
subsequent subtraction:
  uint64_t_result - presentation_timeoffset
wraps around to a value near 2^64, because the elapsed wall-clock time
in timescale ticks is far smaller than the absolute presentation time
offset. The enormous quotient ends up truncated to int32_t when passed
to ff_dash_fill_tmpl_params(), producing a negative $Number$ value in
the segment URL and causing repeated HTTP 403 errors.

Fix this by changing the affected fields and the two helper functions
(get_current_time_in_sec, get_utc_date_time_insec) from uint64_t to
int64_t. All values involved are well within the int64_t range (Unix
timestamps in seconds and ISO 8601 durations), and the arithmetic
naturally needs signed semantics because intermediate sub-expressions
like (elapsed - time_shift_buffer_depth) can be negative at stream
start.

8a8bde6a54 avformat/dashdec: fix calculation and usage of cur_seq_no, fixing issue 22335
Functions like calc_cur_seg_no, calc_min_seg_no, and calc_max_seg_no calculated
the segment number taking into account the first_seq_no.
However, functions like get_segment_start_time_based_on_timeline and
calc_cur_seg_no didn't take first_seq_no into account.
This made dashdec believe that the cur_seq_no was always less than min_seq_no,
logging 'old fragment' and calling calc_cur_seq_no.

In live dash streams with some startNumber, that call to calc_cur_seq_no after
the 'old fragment' log made ffmpeg reposition itself 60 seconds before the
current time whenever the manifest reloaded.
This made ffmpeg skip segments, specially when the manifest reloaded slower
than the segments duration, resulting in a new manifest with more than one new
segment.

8fad6dcfd9 avformat/dashdec: support more than one underlying stream per Representation
Some Dash manifests contain Representations within an Adaptation Set that
reference an underlying mp4 context that contain more than the stream it
describes, as is the case of LCEVC enhancements.

Despite the fact open_demux_for_component() loops through all streams in the
underlying context, the rest of the demuxer is writen assuming only the
stream described by the corresponding representation will be present, which
results in completely wrong stream index assignments.

b800327f4c avformat/avformat: Add FFInputFormat, hide internals of AVInputFormat
This commit does for AVInputFormat what commit
59c9dc82f4 did for AVOutputFormat:
It adds a new type FFInputFormat, moves all the internals
of AVInputFormat to it and adds a now reduced AVInputFormat
as first member.

This does not affect/improve extensibility of both public
or private fields for demuxers (it is still a mess due to lavd).

This is possible since 50f34172e0
(which removed the last usage of an internal field of AVInputFormat
in fftools).

(Hint: tools/probetest.c accesses the internals of FFInputFormat
as well, but given that it is a testing tool this is not considered
a problem.)

5432d2aaca avformat/avformat: use the side data from AVStream.codecpar
Deprecate AVStream.side_data and its helpers in favor of the AVStream's

available during init().
Global and frame specific side data will therefore be distinct.

0c6e5f321b avformat/avformat: Avoid including codec.h, frame.h
AVCodec is only ever used as an incomplete type (i.e. via a pointer
to an AVCodec) in avformat.h and it is not really part of the core
of avformat.h or libavformat; almost none of our internal users
make use of it (and none make use of hwcontext.h, which is implicitly
included). So switch to use struct AVCodec, but continue to include
codec.h for external users for compatibility.

Also, do the same for AVFrame and frame.h, which is implicitly included
by codec.h (via lavu/hwcontext.h).

Also, remove an unnecessary inclusion of <time.h>.

14b3830b33 avformat/dashdec: Fix crash on invalid input/ENOMEM, fix leak
In case a SupplementalProperty node exists in an adaptationset,
it is searched for a "schemeIdUri" property via xmlGetProp().
Whatever xmlGetProp() returns is then compared via av_strcasecmp()
to a string literal. xmlGetProp() can return NULL, namely in case
no "schemeIdUri" exists and (given that this string is allocated)
presumably also on allocation failure. No check for NULL is done,
so this may crash.

Furthermore, the string returned by xmlGetProp() needs to be freed
with xmlFree(), but this is not done either.

This commit fixes both of these issues; they existed since this code
has been added in 10d008f0fd.

This has been found while investigating ticket #9697. The continuous
leaks might very well be the reason behind the observed slowdown.

e3580f6077 avformat/hls, dashdec: Don't use AV_OPT flags in av_dict_set()
av_dict_set() expects a different set of flags, namely the AV_DICT_*
flags. Using AV_OPT_FLAG_DECODING_PARAM (or any AV_OPT_FLAG_*) ic
av_dict_set() is therefore completely wrong and given that av_dict_set()
just doesn't care about whether the string it receives has anything
to do with a decoding parameter or not, it should just be removed
without replacement.
(The numerical value of AV_OPT_FLAG_DECODING_PARAM currently coincides
with AV_DICT_IGNORE_SUFFIX. Given that the dictionaries we are dealing
with here are always empty (i.e. NULL) before the calls to
av_dict_set(), this flag changes nothing. It would be different if
it were equal to one of the AV_DICT_DONT_STRDUP_* values.)

45bfe8b838 avformat/avio: Move internal AVIOContext fields to avio_internal.h
