Daksh Mamodiya a9243f6a02 Fortran: Join identifiers split across continuation lines 
LLVMFlang's -E output wraps lines at column 72, splitting long names
as `foo&` / `&bar`.  The dependency scanner read the halves as two
words and dropped the module, submodule, or use statement.  The lexer
now joins such split tokens and rescans them as one.

Fixes: #28138
