Stephen Kelly 1b9e168621 Avoid use of cmGeneratorExpressionEvaluator after deletion.
Disallow copying of the objects so that they can only be deleted one
time, at destruction of the cmGeneratorExpression.

Hopefully this fixes the Windows builds.
