CTest writes the files it produces during a run -- the TAG file, the logs under Temporary, and the XML files staged for submission -- into a single directory, which was always "Testing" under the build tree. Two ctest processes sharing a build tree therefore overwrite each other's output. Add a --output-dir command-line option, and a CTEST_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY variable for dashboard scripts, to select that directory. It defaults to the previous location, may be outside the build tree, and resolves a relative path against the binary directory. Issue: #27518
