Presets: Remove duplicated call to ComputePresetsInheritance()

19305afd8a (presets: Improve JSON parser and error messages,
2023-03-22) mistakenly duplicated the call to
ComputePresetsInheritance() for configure presets. Undo that
errant duplication by removing the extra call.
