Tests/Plugin: Fix symbol lookup with 64-bit Embarcadero compilers

The 32-bit Borland and Embarcadero compilers prefix C symbol names with
an underscore.  The 64-bit Embarcadero compilers also define __BORLANDC__
but do not add the prefix.
