- The /status/heartbeat endpoint backs per-node load balancer health checks. Surfacing kudos applier lag (shared DB state) caused fleet-wide health check failures simultaneously. This removes kudos_ledger from the response and moves health sampling to before the fold loop in apply_kudos_ledger so metrics reflect live inflow rather than a drained queue. - Adds unit tests verifying the endpoint is node-local only.
