tazlin 24d41778d0 fix: known image description, stats columns type/length

- Change compiled image stats columns minute_pixels, hour_pixels, and day_pixels from Integer to BigInteger.
- Increase KnownImageModel.description varchar length from 512 to 1024 to allow longer model descriptions.
- Add SQL migration file (sql_statements/4.50.0.txt) with corresponding ALTER TABLE statements and a license file for the migration.
