tazlin e4513d1002 fix: match post-processing requests by the stored params key ...

- get_sorted_wp_filtered_to_worker and count_skipped_image_wp read params["post-processing"], the bridge capability name, while requests store post_processing; the pre-filter never excluded post-processing jobs and the skip report never counted them
- _wp_requests_post_processing matches only a non-empty post_processing array, so requests that send an empty list stay eligible for workers that disallow post-processing - test_image_post_processing_gating covers the skip report, candidate exclusion, allowed dispatch and the empty-list case
