* feat(telemetry): Pyroscope span adaptive sampling and configuration options

- This introduces span profiling sampling (only 10% of records by default).
- Slow root spans (≥1 second) or errors arm the next 5 matching spans for 5 minutes.
- Critical spans can force capture using pyroscope.span_profile.force=true.
- An optional regex can always include known root-span routes.
- Continuous CPU profiling and Tempo trace collection remain unsampled.

* ci/tests: add profiling integration tests and enhance telemetry configuration

* test(pyroscope): correct semantics for verify added correlation fields

* ci: mixed Locust suite for telemetry docker image validation
